deadly crash happening around 3:30 now. heather holmes live. >> just a few days before thanksgiving. and mourning the loss of a family member. the man was struck and killed. i'm told that they went to turn left when they struck that man, dragged several feet before driving giving a statement on what happened here as it is too soon to know what contributed to this crash. we asked if they had any idea as they checked the traffic signals and appeared to be working at the time of the crash. of course, they'll be looking at whether drugs or alcohol played a role, whether that

teenage driver was distracted. it is too soon to tell. but they will be here for the next several hours, reconstructing the accident to try to figure out exactly what happened. but again that the man in his 20s, struck and killed in the crosswalk here at skyline. we really saw the impact of this tragedy unfold right before our eyes, just a few minutes ago. and just shaken by what has happened here. >> thank you. >> police are incest gaiting an assault that took place over the weekend. and that is to protect their identity. >> the attack took place at

the 14-year-old was hiking with friends when they would climb outside a fenced area at rock city and went down 100 feet down on the 150-foot tall clip. rescuers were lowered by rope to reach the boy and then the harness was put on. he is very lucky that he only suffered a few cuts and bruises. new at 6:00, they are expected to be in high demand this holiday season as they are rushing to try to regulate the drones. over the weekend steps were taken to help the mandated registry for the drone users. maureen naylor with what that would mean for anyone that has a drone. >> basically that it is my favorite drone shot. >> reporter: she says that this 14-acre lot was on the market for years. when she took on the listing to make the tour the property sold. >> i just took the drone up there and i left the money at

to wednesday night. and that is the deal with this, that the lower snow levels, you'll see, you know, very cold, cool overnight lows as this next system will be straight from the gulf of alaska to give us the winter storm warnings in the mountains, also setting us up probably thursday and friday, even saturday morning in the cold spots and in to the mid- 20s, so that you could see that freeze warning easily as you will see them both those days. maybe two feet of snow up there as they will do well for them. and that we'll be looking at half an inch, hopefully more, that could change and right now that they will keep it light. and that the cold air weather systems, they don't hold a lot of water as they do well in the mountains, the storms will be getting stuck up there. but in the bay area as they translate on through with a lot of water to drop out with half
